Electrical Systems















DPR 462/01 also involves the owners by the type of electrical systems. In fact, the installer's declaration of conformity and the owner forwards it within 30 days of the one-stop production activities in the town of competence.

The owner, who is now an active part of the process, is obliged to order the  periodic verification of the electrical grounding addressing a body for control, private or public.
The Ministry has enabled Genesia Certificates for the following checks provided for by the decree:

• Installations and equipment for protection against the atmospheric charge
• Plants grounding systems powered up to 1000 V
• Plants grounding systems powered over 1000 V

The checks are provided:

• every 2 years  for systems installed on construction sites, in rooms intended for medical use, in places most at risk of fire or explosion
• every 5 years  in all other cases

Here are the main cases in which there is compulsory every two years :

• Condominiums with presence of POWER PLANTS with power exceeding 116 kW
• Height safety output> 24 meters
• Underground garages> 300 sq.m.
• In any case when it is expected the CPI (Fire Prevention Certificate)

Genesia Certification is a third party control totally unbiased as does maintenance work or expertise.
