Asbestos















The Lombardy Region, by resolution of 22.12.2005 n. 8/1526, approved the Regional Plan Asbestos Lombardy (PRAL). Among its objectives is the removal of asbestos from the territory of Lombardy by January 2016, since the products containing asbestos are hazardous to human health when they are brittle and / or potentially can release inhalable fibers.

Asbestos can also be found in the condominium structures:

• Outdoor spaces
  • canopies or artifacts for the shelter of bicycles, materials, equipment
  • deposits / piles of rubble due to "Eternit", or similar materials pinstripes
• Interior spaces
  • boiler room (pipes, seals and coatings)
  • cellar (insulated pipes and coated with plaster or similar materials, the spaces dedicated

• Common rooms

• Attics
